Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa , American Express, Money Order (in AUD) or Cheque (in AUD and drawn on an Australian
bank). Direct bank deposit is available in person at any branch of the ANZ Bank or via internet bank transfer. Seven Seas Stamps bank account
details are: BSB 012243 A/C 260313257. We prefer that customers do not send cash through the mail.
Q: How much will it cost to pack and post my order?
Postage and packing charges are set out on the Check Out Page and below and are based on the value of orders within
Australia. However, a valuable order can be inexpensive to send, even as registered mail. This is why we state that postage charges are at Seven Seas
Stamps discretion. In any case, postage will never be more than $11 for NSW/ACT or $13 for elsewhere within Australia. These rates will only ever
increase when Australia Post increase their charges.
Q: Who will deliver my products?
For orders within Australia we use Australia Post (we also use postage
stamps on our parcels). Orders may be sent by courier at special request.
Orders sent outside Australia also sent by Australia Post International -
please specify the method by which you would like your order sent.
Q: When will I receive my order?
We aim to send out orders as soon as we can, however at peak periods delays
can occur.
Q: What should I do when I receive my goods?
Please check the product packaging for obvious damage or interference before
opening. Check that you have received all products ordered.
Q: How do I return faulty goods?
Please contact us if there are any problems with your order to organise
replacement or return.

Q: What currency are prices expressed in?
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. International orders will also be expressed in Australian dollars but
will exclude GST. Current exchange rates can be accessed via the world wide web.

We would be pleased to send you our price lists without obligation
if you provide your postal address.
