Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa , American Express,
Money Order (in AUD) or cheques (in AUD and drawn on an Australian bank).
We prefer that customers do not send cash through the mail.
Q: Who will deliver my products?
For orders within Australia we use Australia Post (we also use postage
stamps on our parcels). Orders may be sent by courier at special request.
Orders sent outside Australia also sent by Australia Post International -
please specify the method by which you would like your order sent.
Q: When will I receive my order?
We aim to send out orders as soon as we can, however at peak periods delays
can occur.
Q: What should I do when I receive my goods?
Please check the product packaging for obvious damage or interference before
opening. Check that you have received all products ordered.
Q: How do I return faulty goods?
Please contact us if there are any problems with your order to organise
replacement or return.
